The Experience
National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. provides experienced personnel to perform railroad flagging duties. Many of our EIC Railroad Flagmen are former railroad employees.
Our EIC Railroad Flagmen are currently trained in: FRA 49 CFR Part 214 Roadway Workers Protection Rules, General Code of Operating Rules, Maintenance of Way, Engineering Rules and Recommended Work Guidelines. Norfolk Southern Rules and NORAC.
